Retention Period

Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the contract has been fully executed.
  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the Controller’s legitimate interests will be retained until such interests are satisfied. When processing is based on the User’s consent, the Controller may retain Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is withdrawn. Furthermore, the Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period to comply with a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, after this period, the rights of access, deletion, rectification, and data portability can no longer be exercised.

These services are used for the centralized management of tags or scripts employed by this Application.

Contact Form (This Application)

Mailing List or Newsletter (This Application)

By registering for the mailing list or newsletter, the User’s email address is automatically added to a contact list to which email messages containing information, including commercial and promotional content, related to this Application may be sent. MailUp (MailUp)

MailUp is an email address management and email delivery service provided by MailUp S.p.A.

  • Managing Contacts and Sending Messages

These services make it possible to manage a database of email contacts, telephone contacts, or any other type of contact used to communicate with the User.

These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when messages are viewed by the User, as well as the User’s interactions with them, such as information on clicks on links included in the messages.

MailUp (MailUp)

MailUp is an e-mail address management and email delivery service provided by MailUp S.p.A.

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited)

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google uses the collected Personal Data to track and examine the use of this Application, prepare reports, and share them with other Google services.

Google may use the Personal Data to contextualize and personalize advertisements within its advertising network.
